This month’s meetup will be at the new home of Togather Restaurant Consulting, located just south of Main on on 4th Street (in the south end of the Haven building). Seth, the owner of Togather, is setting up his space to be open and flexible to include areas for menu testing, consulting, and coworking.
As a restaurant consultant, Seth works with independent owners/operators to develop/improve all areas of operation, including menu development, staffing/training, management, cost control, and branding/marketing. His client list includes downtown Springfield businesses such as Cornbread Cafe and Jasper’s Tavern (not related to Jasper’s Deli).
Recurring event, each month on the LAST Wednesday of the month. Venues rotate:
